personality development

PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FOR 8TH STANDARD
 STUDENTS
Necessity:
·         Most of the children enter into their adolescence at the age of 12 or 13 and this corresponds to 7th standard or 8th standard.
·         Due to the variations in the hormonal level in the body, the kids will be over enthusiastic.
·         Mostly the hormone secretion level will be more in this period.
·         As they have entered the high school, they feel that they are the eldest students in the student community. Because of this reason, they will make themselves involved in many unwanted extracurricular activities, say fighting, watching porn, etc.
·         The students of this age try to become independent of their parents. They feel they are enough matured to understand their life and lead it. They start hiding things from parents.
·         Mostly the students will get attracted to the negative aspects of life because it’s the natural tendency of any kid to do the opposite for everything their teachers or their guardians say.
·         Inviting the parents is the most important thing in this. The parents should try to understand their children better so that the relationship between parent and child will be good.
·         Also, it will help the parents to guide their children in their life.

These are some of the primary reasons why the students won’t succeed in achieving greater heights in life.
This is the time to learn the basics of life. Without basics it’s impossible to succeed un life.
Hence I propose my idea of conducting a personality development program for the 8th standard students which is the optimal time to tune them in the right way.
